One refill lasts approximately two months with daily use.

How to use:
1. Unscrew your Rollr.
2. Add sachet contents to the bottle.
3. Fill with warm water up to the neck of the bottle.
4. Reattach all parts of your Rollr.
5. Shake and let settle until fully dissolved.
For best results, apply to clean, dry skin and apply in a gentle downward motion.
