This farm to cup Signature Matcha is sourced from the mountainous Kirishima region of Kagoshima. It is packed with healthy levels of amino acids (L-theanine), antioxidants (EGCG), vitamins, and minerals.

Rich in umami and natural smooth sweetness with fine, creamy texture; suitable for koicha, usucha, and matcha latte.
Matcha Shot: Sift 1 tsp (2-2.5g) of matcha powder into a bowl. Pour 30-40 ml of warm water at 70ºC (158°F). Whisk in fast zip-zag motion for around 30 seconds until frothy and clump-free.
Usucha: To drink it pure as usucha, add 30-40ml more water to the matcha shot. Enjoy hot or over ice.
Matcha Latte: Add 200-300ml of your favorite milk to the matcha shot. Enjoy hot or over ice.
